06:00 pm The tour guide picks you up at the meeting point and instructs you on some safety rules when riding, then the journey to enjoy 12 typical flavors of Saigon officially begins.

06:10 pm Guests enjoy the first dish for dinner which is Bun Bo Hue_ Beef Noodle Soup in Hue Style _The broth is prepared by simmering beef bones and beef shank with lemongrass and then seasoned with fermented shrimp sauce and sugar for taste

06:35 pm Then you will visit the next destination which is the Thich Quang Duc monument_ where the self-immolation scene of this Zen master himself took place.

06:50 pm You will enjoy the next dish which is Grilled banana with sticky rice (Chuoi nep nuong)_ It is a sweet and fluffy cake made with ripe bananas, sticky rice, and coconut milk. It is often served with a side of condensed milk or syrup.

Then, you will visit the next destination which is the oldest apartment building in Saigon, Nguyen Thien Thuat Apartment, enjoy the cuisine, and explore authentic Saigon life here!

07:20 pm You will enjoy the next dish which is a Vietnamese crispy pancake (Banh Xeo) with Jasmine tea_ Banh xeo has a crispy outer layer, a creamy coconut milk center, sweet shrimp and pork, nutty beans, and a sour, sweet, and spicy dipping sauce.
